An example of the refusing to sell a product unless they buy another from you....
So if a daltile employee has quoted to a customer 3 products on a specific job and then that same daltile employee refuses to sell 1 of the products to that same customer because the customer buys the other 2 products from a competitor.
Is that legal?
Are the different ceramic brands under Mohawk, such as daltile and American Olean considered competitors in any of the examples given in this document?
